Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) with honors, or other indication of huge brain.
• 5+ years of SW development experience; 2+ years experience in commercial software (i.e. working for a profit-based organization).
• Multi-lingual - the more languages, the better. Top priority: C#, C++. 
• Experience with technologies of scale. For example: Web Services, Data Stores (SQL, NoSQL), Caching and Distributed Computation.
• A passion for programming, an ability to learn from others and a propensity to share knowledge voluntarily. A natural affinity for team work and good methodology.
• Demonstrable skills in self-management, design, planning and effort estimation.
• Advantage - Familiarity with the world of GIS / Aerial Photography / Photogrammetry.
• Advantage - History of developing personal projects and/or contribution to open-source projects.
