Description

  • Technical customer support: Analyze systems' failures and provide preliminary support to solve operational problems
  • Operating automated digital mapping systems on client sites
  • Implementing and training VisionMap's systems on client sites in Israel and overseas
  • Developing training layouts and presentations and drafting user manuals

 

Additional potential activities according to the business needs:

  • Operating digital mapping cameras on experimental flights
  • Supporting pre sale activities
  • Supporting QA efforts for various systems

Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of digital mapping photogrammetry
  • Proven experience in operating geospatial mapping systems (such as SocetSet)
  • Previous knowledge and experience of aerial digital mapping systems - an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service-orientation, training and support skills
  • Languages: excellent English; Russian - an advantage
  • The role requires extensive travel abroad
