Shachar joined VisionMap in 2010, to build a leading customer support organization. Shachar possesses over 15 years of customer support experience where he directed business customer oriented operations that improved the operational and financial efficiency in support organizations of Fortune 500 companies such as Kodak.
Prior to joining VisionMap, Shachar served as Director of Customer Support at Kodak-Leaf and scanners division. Among his global positions, Shachar relocated to Hong Kong as VP of Customer Care Asia Pacific at VocalTech Communications, a global provider of carrier-class multimedia and voice -over IP solutions. Shachar also managed the Customer Support units at ImageID and ScitexVision.
