Job Description:


We are seeking a Frontdesk secretary for a full time job.
The job includes manning the reception position of the company and handle a range of administrative issues such as: Answering phones, receiving guests, managing calendars, providing service and administrative support to the company employees, Suppliers and customers.
The work includes a variety of interfaces with people in and outside the company.
The role is dynamic and requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, with an uncompromising level of service.

Working days: Sunday-Thursday Working Hours: 8:30-17:30 (From time to time, according to need and with coordination in advance, the hours will be 10:00 to 19:00).Willingness to overtime hours is required.
Reports to the office manager.

 

Job Requirements:

Good command of office software applications: Word, Outlook, Excel. Power Point- advantage.
Academic degree.
Organization and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure on several tasks in parallel.
High awareness of service.
Representative, Welcoming and Smiley.
Initiative, tidy, with high sense of responsibility.
High level of English (writing and speaking), Russian – advantage.
Fluent Hebrew (writing and speaking).
Military Service. High security clearance – advantage.
Previous experience in an administrative role – must.
Previous experience in military assistant positions, operation sergeant (Sambatz) or ground stewardess.
